Social Relationships & Behavior
My relationship with my clients is strictly therapeutic. Sexual, abusive, and/or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate termination of the session. In this case, full payment for the session will be required. I have the right to terminate the session at any time I feel necessary.
Appointments
You must schedule an appointment ahead of time. I do not take walk-ins. You may book your appointments by calling (262) 705-3887. Do not text this number. If this is your first appointment with Brzezinski Therapeutic Massage, please come 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a health history/intake sheet. This will also give us a few minutes to discuss what your goal is for the session or to answer any other questions you may have. For visits after this, please always arrive 5-10mins before your scheduled time. A 10:00am appointment means you should be on the table and beginning your massage at 10:00am.
Cancellation of Appointments
If you are going to be late or need to reschedule, please call me as soon as possible at (262) 705-3887 so I may plan accordingly. Any appointments that need to be canceled or rescheduled less than 24hrs in advanced will be charged a cancelation fee of 50% of the service booked.
Gratuity
I am providing a service in which I have had many years of practice in and work extremely hard during. If you tip your waitress, you should most definitely be tipping your massage therapist. 15%-20% of service is standard.
CLEANLINESS
As a health care practitioner I ask that you arrive to your session with good hygiene and cleanliness and I will do the same. I ask that you do not come to your session if you are ill, especially if you have a contagious illness. Massage therapy can exacerbate symptoms & sickness and if you come to a session ill, it puts me and other clients at risk for infection. If you smoke I would ask you to refrain from smoking within 1 hour of your session. It is best not to arrive to your session with a full stomach, as you may experience discomfort from the techniques and body positioning during the session. For your safety, I ask that you do not come to your session under the influence of alcohol or drugs as these substances may mask your body’s ability to receive the work safely.
Confidentiality
Your massage session and health history form are completely confidential. I will not release any of this information unless I am legally subpoenaed.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of your session. I accept cash or credit/debit card. If using a card there is a 5% transaction fee.
Scope of Practice
If a client presents with a condition that is out of my scope of practice, I will refer that client to a professional who is qualified to work with that particular condition. As a Massage Therapist, it is beyond my scope of practice to diagnose. I always have the best interest of my clients in mind and will recommend seeing a doctor when necessary.
